What Terms Mean for Players

The Terms & Conditions give Players clarity and protection when using Elevate Golf. They set expectations for how the platform works and what is expected in return. This includes creating an accurate profile, paying for Tips through approved methods, and using the service in a fair and respectful way.

The Terms also set out Player rights. A Player is entitled to receive the Tip that has been paid for, to request clarification if something is unclear, and to raise a dispute if expectations are not met. Refund scenarios are defined in Refunds & Cancellations, and privacy is protected under the Privacy Policy. If guidance needs refinement after delivery, the Clarification Process and a one-time Clarification Request keep the exchange contained and fair.

Agreeing to the Terms means committing to responsible use. That includes respecting Coaches, avoiding abusive behaviour, and following the Acceptable Use Policy. In return, Elevate Golf provides a safe, transparent environment where progress can be made with confidence, supported by the Fair Play Guarantee and consistent handling in Ratings & Reviews.

The purpose is simple. Every Player knows the rules, feels protected, and can learn without confusion.
