What Terms mean for Coaches

The Terms & Conditions set clear rules that protect a Coach’s work and ensure fair treatment on Elevate Golf. By agreeing to the Terms, Coaches confirm that registration details are accurate, Tips will be delivered professionally and within scope, and platform standards will be followed at all times.

The Terms also secure key rights. Tips are paid for in advance and earnings are released in line with the payout rules set out in Setting Prices & Payouts. Disputes and refunds are handled against transparent standards in the Fair Play Guarantee and Refunds & Cancellations. A one-time Clarification Request is encouraged first, so concerns can be addressed through the Clarification Process before earnings are affected.

Responsibilities are equally clear. Coaches are expected to maintain a respectful tone, deliver within the stated Average Response Time, and keep profiles accurate and up to date - see Highlighting Specialities. Off-platform payments, abusive behaviour, and inappropriate content are prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy and the The Coach Agreement. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

In short, the Terms protect Coaches through fairness and due process, while holding everyone to consistent standards. This balance keeps the marketplace trusted, professional, and sustainable for all.
