Fair Play Guarantee

Fair Play Guarantee

The Fair Play Guarantee protects both Players and Coaches by keeping every interaction fair, transparent, and respectful. It ensures that advice comes from verified professionals, payments are secure, and disputes are handled consistently.

For Players:
Tips are delivered by verified Coaches (see Uploading Qualifications). Payments are made in advance, so there is no risk of unpaid work. If a Tip does not meet expectations, a one-time Clarification Request is encouraged before moving to a refund or dispute - see the Clarification Process. This gives the Coach the opportunity to re-explain or simplify the guidance so that value is still delivered. If issues remain, refunds are considered in line with Refunds & Cancellations.

For Coaches:
The Guarantee ensures that professional time and earnings are respected. Refunds are reviewed even-handedly and only approved where service was not delivered or standards were not met. Misuse of the system (such as unfair reviews, repeated refund requests without cause, or attempts to bypass payments) is reviewed under the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in warnings, restrictions, or account closure.

For Elevate Golf:
Decisions are guided by fairness and consistency. Reviews consider the original request, the delivered Tip, and any clarifications provided. Cases of fraud or misconduct are taken seriously - see Ratings & Reviews for how feedback is monitored.

By setting clear rules and responsibilities, the Fair Play Guarantee maintains a level playing field. Coaches are protected, Players are supported, and trust remains at the heart of every Tip.
