Ratings & Reviews

Ratings and reviews help build trust between Players and Coaches. After a Tip is delivered, a Player is invited to leave a rating and a review - two distinct signals that work together.

Ratings are a quick score of overall satisfaction. They roll up into a Coach’s visible average and can be used to sort profiles in the Coach Gallery, so Players can compare options at a glance.

Reviews are short written notes that add context - what was most useful, how clearly the advice was explained, and how actionable it felt. Clear, honest reviews help future Players understand what to expect and help Coaches see what is landing well.

The system is designed to be respectful and constructive. Reviews should be specific and fair, and must focus on the Tip delivered. Misuse or harassment is not tolerated (see the Acceptable Use Policy; concerns are handled under the Fair Play Guarantee.

Together, ratings provide the quick signal; reviews provide the detail. This balance keeps choices transparent for Players and supports a community built on quality and trust.
