The Coach Gallery is one of the five main screens on the app, located next to the Home screen icon. It is the place where all Coaches can be found, with an array of functions that help Players identify the right match.

Each Coach appears as a profile card showing the IQ Match™ percentage with the Player. If there is a blocker, the percentage is replaced by a blocker icon. This indicates that, based on onboarding answers, at least one important attribute does not match, for example language spoken or preferred Tip format.

Every card displays the Coach’s name and profile picture. If a status applies, such as “Online Now”, “Unavailable”, or “Tip Inbox is full”, a coloured ring appears around the profile picture alongside the relevant wording. If none of these apply, the card remains unlabelled, indicating the Coach is available.

Additional information on the card includes the number of Tips delivered, the star rating, and the Coach’s qualification. The Average Response Time is also shown, expressed in hours. A clear call to action displays the Tip Rate so Players can see the price at a glance. Selecting the rate begins the purchase flow. Selecting anywhere else on the card opens the Coach’s profile. A quick Bookmark option is available to save the Coach for later.

At the top of the screen, a search bar allows Players to search by Coach name or by text within a Coach’s bio. This is useful for finding a specific Coach or specialist. Next to the search bar is a comprehensive filter that allows Players to refine results by more than ten attributes, including language, Tip Rate, location, and focus area, so the list can be narrowed to the skills and style being sought.

Below the search bar and filter is the Sort control. By default, Coaches are sorted by Best Matches, and the control can be used to sort by Tip Rate, star rating, Average Response Time, join date, and other options.

Taken together, the Coach Gallery is a comprehensive tool that enables Players to find the right Coach quickly and confidently, using search, filters, sorting, and clear signals on availability, pricing, and fit.
