‘Online Now’ is designed to enable near real-time responses from Coaches -
ideal for a quick session at the range or before a match or tournament. As the
name suggests, these Coaches are currently available to respond quickly to Tip,
within minutes.
Coaches who are ‘Online Now’ display a green dot on their profile image.
They also appear in a dedicated ‘Online Now’ section on the Player Home Screen,
sorted by best match, so a Player can select a Coach directly or tap “see all”
to view more in the
Coach Gallery. A quick
filter for Online Now is available in the
Coach
Gallery
to easily identify which Coaches are Online.‘Online Now’ does not guarantee an immediate response, but it is built for
fast turnaround. Coaches who switch it on are expected to be actively available
to provide Tips. Safeguards apply - a Coach cannot enable ‘Online Now’ with
more than three pending Tip requests - if more than three new requests arrive
without a response, ‘Online Now’ is automatically turned off (the Coach remains
available, just not flagged as online).
