Most Tips on Elevate Golf are delivered within hours, but occasional delays
can happen. These are usually caused by a Coach’s workload, time zone
differences, or even technical issues.
If a Tip takes longer than expected, Players are encouraged to allow some
extra time, as Coaches may not yet have started working on it. If the delay
extends beyond 72 hours, a Player may contact Customer Support and the team
will investigate, provide an update, and if necessary arrange a refund in line
with the
Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Such delays are rare, but when they occur they are handled fairly to protect
both Players and Coaches. This ensures that Players receive value for money and
that Coaches are supported when genuine issues arise. Transparency keeps the
process clear and maintains trust across the Elevate Golf community.
