Note: Elevate Golf does not hold or manage
payment details. All transactions are processed by PayPal.
Refunds and cancellations are designed to protect both Players and Coaches
while keeping the process clear and fair. A Player may cancel a request any
time before the Coach begins working; in that case, a refund is
issued minus
non-refundable payment processing fees (5%–6%, depending on country of origin)
+ $0.05. Once a Coach has started the Tip, the request is “in
progress” and cannot be withdrawn.
If a Tip is not
delivered within 72 hours of
being sent, a Player may contact Elevate Golf Support to review the case.
Outcomes may include a Coach extension or a full
refund (including payment processing fees).
Quality concerns are handled first through the
Clarification
Process, where a Player can ask the Coach to explain or expand before a
refund is considered. Policies such as the
Fair
Play Guarantee keep decisions balanced and respectful.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method via
PayPal;
processing times depend on the provider (see the
PayPal website).
