Reporting Concerns

Reporting Concerns

Elevate Golf is committed to keeping the platform safe, fair and respectful for everyone. If a Player encounters behaviour or content that feels inappropriate, misleading or unfair, it can be reported directly in-app or by contacting the support team. Reports may relate to issues such as poor conduct, off-platform engagement or payment requests, or content that does not meet community standards.

Every report is reviewed carefully and handled in line with the Fair Play Guarantee and the Acceptable Use Policy. Players and Coaches are both protected, and action is taken promptly where rules have been broken. Outcomes may include refunds (see Refunds & Cancellations), warnings or removal from the platform in serious cases.

Reporting concerns helps maintain trust in the community. It ensures that Players feel safe seeking advice and that Coaches know their work is respected. By giving Players and Coaches a clear way to raise issues, Elevate Golf sustains an environment where everyone can focus on progress and enjoyment.
