Player Safety & Safeguarding

Player safety underpins the Elevate Golf experience. Tips are delivered by verified Coaches (qualified and certified), and the flow is calm and contained: a Player sends a request, a Coach responds. It is not a chat. If a different fit is preferred next time, a Player simply selects another Coach in the Coach Gallery. Where clarification is genuinely needed, the structured Clarification Process provides a single written follow-up.

Respectful conduct is required at all times (see the Acceptable Use Policy). Requests must be appropriate and clear, and personal details should not be shared in Tip text or videos. Payments are handled securely via PayPal; prices shown by a Coach are tax-inclusive and final (see Paying for a Tip and Receipts, Invoices & Taxes). Player data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

Choice supports safeguarding. Players can select Coaches they feel comfortable learning from (including women Coaches) which may be especially valuable for cultural or family preferences. Concerns can be raised via Refunds & Cancellations and Reporting Concerns - decisions are guided by the Fair Play Guarantee. The goal is a trusted, supportive space where confidence and progress can grow.
