Giving Feedback

Giving Feedback

Feedback is an important part of Elevate Golf because it helps Coaches improve and allows Players to shape the community. After a Tip is delivered, Players are encouraged to leave clear, fair and constructive feedback via Ratings & Reviews.

Specifics are most useful. Rather than “great Tip,” a helpful note might be - “the grip drill helped keep the clubface square on the downswing.” If any part of the guidance feels unclear, the Clarification Process can be used to request a brief written explanation before considering a refund.

Feedback is not about criticism - it is about respect and progress. Thoughtful, specific comments help future Players understand what to expect and help Coaches see what is landing well. Conduct should remain professional at all times (see the Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Play Guarantee).
