Uploading qualifications is a required step during Coach onboarding. It ensures that every profile on Elevate Golf reflects genuine expertise and meets the standards expected by Players.

As part of the process, Coaches are asked to provide proof of certification or membership with a recognised golf body. This may include associations such as the PGA, LPGA, or WGTF, or other credentials in areas that support player development, such as fitness, nutrition, or performance psychology.

Qualifications are uploaded directly in the app as a clear file or image. The document should show the Coach’s name, the awarding body, and validity details where applicable. Multiple files can be uploaded if a Coach holds more than one relevant certificate.

These uploads remain linked to the Coach profile and are reviewed during Verification. If additional information is needed, Elevate Golf will reach out by email to request it.

By uploading qualifications at this stage, Coaches help create trust from the outset. Players can be confident that every Tip comes from a verified professional, and Coaches demonstrate their credibility as part of the Elevate Golf community.
