The Coach Agreement sets the foundation for how Coaches work
with Elevate Golf. It is designed to make roles clear, protect fairness, and
ensure that every Coach operates on the same trusted framework. For Coaches,
the agreement provides both freedom and responsibility.
It confirms independence. Coaches are not employees of
Elevate Golf but independent professionals who decide when and how to respond
to requests. This independence also brings responsibility: Coaches are
accountable for the quality of their Tips, for managing their own taxes and
obligations, and for treating Players with professionalism and respect.
It defines fairness. The agreement makes clear that all
transactions must remain on the platform. Coaches cannot solicit business
outside the app, and pricing must reflect qualifications, experience, and the
principle of affordability. Elevate Golf is designed for micro-priced Tips with
mass appeal, and the agreement ensures that no Coach undermines this by
charging rates that are unjustified.
It clarifies payments and refunds. Coaches receive earnings
as soon as a Tip is requested, but if a refund is processed, they are
responsible for the payment processor’s charges. This ensures consistency and
protects Players from unfair outcomes, while keeping Elevate Golf sustainable
as a marketplace.
Most importantly, the Coach Agreement means that Elevate
Golf treats Coaches as partners, not suppliers. It ensures fairness, protects
integrity, and sets the standards that allow Coaches to grow alongside the
platform. By accepting the agreement, Coaches commit to professionalism and
fair value, and Elevate Golf commits to supporting them within a trusted,
transparent system.
