IQ Matchâ„¢, the
Tip Gallery, and the
Coach Gallery support visibility and trust. The Tip Gallery helps a Player revisit Tips they have received from a Coach, reinforcing value for that Player. The Coach Gallery and IQ Matchâ„¢ provide broader exposure, helping new Players discover Coaches whose approach and credentials align with their needs.
Transparency is also a commitment. Policies covering clarifications, disputes, and refunds are designed to protect Coaches from unfair treatment while maintaining trust with Players. Where a Tip needs more detail, the
Clarification Process ensures a chance to resolve issues before any further action is considered under platform rules.
