Coaches on Elevate Golf are expected to uphold professional standards that
protect Players, maintain trust, and keep the platform consistent. These rules
sit under the Acceptable Use Policy and align with the plain-English overview
in
About the Acceptable Use Policy.
Coach profiles must be accurate and up to date, including qualifications,
experience, and pricing. Misrepresentation of credentials is not allowed. When
responding to a Tip request, advice should be personal, relevant to the
Player’s submission, and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Generic,
incomplete, or templated responses undermine trust and may lead to a
clarification request or a dispute under the
Clarification
Process.
Pricing must reflect fair value. Elevate Golf is designed to make learning
affordable at good value, not to host unjustified price inflation. Rates should
be consistent with a Coach’s qualifications and experience, and with the spirit
of micro-priced, accessible improvement. Charging materially higher rates on
Elevate Golf than customary charges without clear and reasonable justification
is not acceptable. Coaches who do not respect this principle are not a fit for
the platform.
Communication with Players must remain respectful and professional at all
times. Harassment, offensive language, or attempts to solicit off-platform
payments are prohibited. All payments are handled within Elevate Golf, and
earnings are released at the point a Tip is requested in line with the policies
set out in the
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where a refund applies, the rules on platform fees and payment processor
deductions apply as published in that policy.
Content shared with Players must be suitable for a professional environment
and must not breach intellectual property rights. Tips are provided for a
Player’s personal learning and are saved in the
Tip
Gallery for easy replay. Coaches should not republish Player videos or
personal information without consent and must handle any Player data in a
manner consistent with platform policies.
Actions that compromise platform integrity are not allowed. These include
creating multiple accounts to gain advantage, spamming or mass-messaging,
attempting to access another user’s account, or interfering with normal
operation of the app. Breaches may result in removal of content, warnings,
suspension, or account closure under the enforcement approach set out in the
AUP.
These standards support a trusted marketplace where Players improve with
confidence and Coaches earn fairly.
