About the Acceptable Use Policy

About the Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for how Players and Coaches may use Elevate Golf. It defines acceptable behaviour, prohibited actions, and what happens if those rules are broken, so the platform stays safe, respectful, and fair for everyone. It applies to all users of the app and website and works alongside the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The policy covers misuse of the platform, harassment, hate or abusive behaviour, unsafe or illegal content, attempts to bypass payments or move off-platform, review manipulation, scraping or security abuse, and intellectual-property violations. It also explains reporting routes, review and escalation, and possible actions ranging from warnings to suspension or permanent removal, including a three-strike approach for standard violations and immediate action for severe breaches.

Users should read the full Acceptable Use Policy carefully. Although formal in tone, its purpose is simple: protect the Elevate Golf community so Players can learn and Coaches can earn without fear of abuse or unfair behaviour.
