Enforcement of the Acceptable Use Policy keeps Elevate Golf safe, fair, and
professional. When rules are broken, action is taken proportionately to the
severity and impact on the community. Minor issues, such as incomplete profiles
or unprofessional communication, may result in warnings and requests to correct
the problem. Serious breaches, including harassment, abuse, repeated misuse of
the platform, or attempts to bypass payments, can lead to temporary suspension
or permanent removal.
Investigations are handled fairly and based on evidence. Submissions from
both Players and Coaches are considered before a decision is made. Elevate Golf
may act quickly where safety, trust, or legal compliance is at risk, including
removing content or restricting features while facts are reviewed.
Consistent enforcement protects the community, maintains professional
standards, and preserves a trusted space where Players learn and Coaches earn.
Concerns about behaviour or content can be raised through the
Clarification Process, which helps surface issues
for review.
