Players on Elevate Golf are expected to follow clear standards that keep the
community fair, respectful, and safe. These rules sit under the Acceptable Use
Policy and align with the plain-English overview in
About
the Acceptable Use Policy. The aim is simple, maintain a constructive
space where Coaches can work professionally and Players can learn with
confidence.
Profiles and Tip requests must be accurate. Requests should describe the
issue clearly and avoid misleading statements, offensive language, or
inappropriate content. Payments must be made on the platform and attempts to
arrange private deals or off-platform transactions are not allowed. Content
shared through the platform should be suitable for a professional environment
and must not breach third-party rights. Where third-party materials are used,
permission should be obtained in advance.
Respect for Coaches is essential. Harassment, abuse, discriminatory
language, or personal attacks are not acceptable. Feedback and ratings should
relate to the quality and clarity of the Tip. If a Player is unhappy with a Tip
or needs more detail, the correct route is the
Clarification
Process. Where a refund is sought, the steps and limits set out in the
Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. Tips are for
personal learning and may be replayed in the
Tip
Gallery. Public posting is welcomed when the post mentions Elevate
Golf, otherwise redistribution or commercial use without permission is not
allowed.
Misuse of the app, including attempts to access another account, interfere
with normal operation, or create multiple accounts to gain advantage, may lead
to removal of content, warnings, suspension, or account closure under the AUP’s
enforcement approach. These standards protect Players and Coaches and keep
Elevate Golf trusted, fair, and professional.
