Player and Coach safety is central to how Elevate Golf operates. The platform is designed so that every interaction is respectful, secure, and low risk. Safety begins with account verification, which helps confirm that Coaches are genuine professionals and that Players are using the service responsibly.
All communication between Players and Coaches takes place within the platform, protecting both sides from unwanted contact and discouraging off-platform transactions. Payments are handled securely and earnings are released at the point a Tip is requested, reducing the risk of unpaid work or informal side deals. See,
Rules for Players, and
Rules for Coaches for the standards that support this approach.
Concerns are addressed through clear processes. If a Tip needs more detail, the
Clarification Process applies before any further step is considered. Where a refund is requested, decisions follow the rules set out in the
Refund & Cancellation Policy. Suspected security or data issues should be raised via
Reporting Suspected Breaches so that action can be taken quickly. The
Acceptable Use Policy, together with strong data protection measures, underpins enforcement so that harmful behaviour is dealt with quickly and fairly.
By prioritising safety across content handling, communication, and dispute resolution, Elevate Golf builds a trusted environment where Players can learn with confidence and Coaches can earn with confidence.
