Reporting Suspected Breaches

Reporting Suspected Breaches

If a security or data breach is suspected on Elevate Golf, it should be reported without delay so that appropriate action can be taken. Breaches may include unauthorised access to an account, suspicious activity, or misuse of personal data. Prompt reporting protects not only individual accounts but also the wider community of Players and Coaches.

Reports should be sent to security@elevategolf.com, including:

·        A clear description of the issue observed.

·        The time and date it occurred.

·        Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or emails.

All reports are reviewed urgently by the security team. Investigations may result in steps such as account resets, additional protective measures, or notifying affected users. In cases of serious breaches, Elevate Golf is committed to transparency and will communicate openly in line with legal requirements.

By reporting quickly and clearly, Players and Coaches play an active role in maintaining a safe, secure, and trusted platform where fairness and respect are always protected.
