When a rights holder believes content has been used without permission, the platform provides a clear process to raise a concern. A report should include details of the work, evidence of ownership, and where the content appears on Elevate Golf. Contact information is needed so the team can follow up if clarification is required. Submitting the report through the Intellectual Property Infringement Report Form ensures the information needed for review is captured in one place.

Once a report is received, Elevate Golf reviews it promptly. If infringement is confirmed, the content is removed and appropriate action is taken against the account. Repeat infringement can lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform. Where safety, trust, or legal compliance is at risk, temporary restrictions may be applied while the facts are assessed.
