Infringement Investigation Process

When an intellectual property infringement report is submitted, Elevate Golf follows a clear and fair process. First, the report is reviewed to confirm that it contains the required details - such as proof of ownership, description of the infringing content, and its location on the platform. If the report is incomplete, additional information may be requested before proceeding.

Once validated, Elevate Golf investigates the claim. The content in question is assessed, and the account associated with it may be temporarily restricted while the review is carried out. If infringement is confirmed, the content is removed promptly, and the user is notified of the decision.

Depending on the severity of the breach, further action may include warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal for repeat offenders. Elevate Golf also keeps records of infringement reports to track patterns of misuse and protect rights holders effectively.

This process ensures that all claims are handled transparently, fairly, and in line with legal requirements, keeping the platform safe for creators, Players, and Coaches.
