What Happens After Submission
Once an IP Infringement Report Form is submitted, Elevate Golf follows a
clear review process. The report is first checked to confirm that required
details are present, including identity, proof of ownership, and evidence of
infringement. If information is missing, Elevate Golf may request clarification
before the review proceeds. See
Reporting
Infringement for the information the report should contain.
After validation, the content in question is assessed on its merits. If
infringement is confirmed, the content is removed promptly. Depending on the
circumstances, outcomes can include a warning, temporary suspension, or, for
repeated violations, permanent removal in line with the
Infringement Investigation Process.
The rights holder and the account holder are notified of the outcome once
the review is complete. Records of reports and actions are maintained to ensure
transparency and consistency across cases.
This approach protects rights holders while ensuring a fair process for
users. By acting quickly and responsibly, Elevate Golf maintains a trusted
environment where creativity and professionalism are respected.
