How Player Disputes Work

How Player Disputes Work

Disputes are rare on Elevate Golf. When they do happen, the process is designed to be fair for both Players and Coaches. Most concerns begin when a Player feels a Tip has not met expectations. Before a dispute, the platform encourages a clarification - see the Clarification Process. This gives the Coach a chance to expand, re-explain, or adjust advice so the Player still receives value.

If the concern remains after clarification, the Player can raise a case for review. The case is assessed against the standards in the Fair Play Guarantee. Evidence such as the original request, the delivered Tip, and any clarification is considered before a decision is made.

Outcomes are shared by email. Resolution may include clearer guidance, an amended explanation, or a refund in line with Refunds & Cancellations. The aim is to resolve issues transparently and maintain trust, so the community remains respectful, professional, and focused on progress.
