How Ratings & Reviews Work
Ratings and reviews on Elevate Golf give Players a voice and
help Coaches build reputation. After a Tip is delivered, a Player can leave a
star rating and a short written review. The rating is a score. The review is
written feedback. Both appear on the Coach’s profile to help future Players
make informed choices in the
Coach Gallery.
Stronger ratings and constructive reviews signal clear,
helpful guidance and professional delivery. In the
Coach
Gallery, Coaches can be sorted by rating so Players can see high
performers more easily. Highest rated Coaches are also featured on the website
and on the Home Screen. Featuring considers both a Coach’s rating and the
number of Tips delivered.
The system supports accountability and fairness. Feedback
should reflect the Tip that was delivered and the experience as a whole. If a
review appears unfair or violates policy, a Coach may ask for a case review
under the
Fair Play Guarantee and the
Acceptable Use Policy. Coaches cannot reply
directly to reviews.
Used responsibly, ratings and reviews strengthen trust
between Players and Coaches while encouraging clear, actionable Tips.
