What Elevate Golf Expects

Elevate Golf is built to support Coaches, and the platform sets clear expectations in return. Coach profiles must be accurate and up to date, with qualifications, experience, and pricing presented honestly. Prices should reflect fair value in line with qualifications and experience. Elevate Golf is designed for affordable, micro-priced Tips with broad appeal, so unjustified price inflation is not acceptable. All payments must remain on the platform and solicitation of off-app business is not allowed. Where a refund applies, Coaches are responsible for payment processor fees as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Tips must be personal, clear, and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Generic or incomplete responses undermine trust and may lead to a clarification request or a dispute under the Clarification Process. Communication with Players must remain professional and respectful at all times. Abusive behaviour, discriminatory language, or content that breaches intellectual property rights is not permitted. Player privacy must be respected and any use of third-party materials should be authorised in advance.

Consistent engagement with the platform is expected. This includes keeping profiles current, responding to requests promptly, and contributing to a positive community culture that reflects Elevate Golf’s standards in Rules for Coaches. Attempts to bypass platform rules, create multiple accounts to gain advantage, or interfere with normal operation may result in action under the Acceptable Use Policy.

Meeting these expectations protects the balance that makes Elevate Golf work. It ensures that Players can learn with confidence and that Coaches are rewarded fairly within a trusted, transparent system.
