Contacting Support

Help is available through the Knowledge Base and Support. The FAQs cover common questions, and the Articles guide most other scenarios. The Knowledge Base search bar recognises keywords and surfaces relevant Articles for quick answers.

A Chat Bot is available to route queries to the right place and can create a Support ticket when needed. Live chat is not used. The Support team can be reached in the app or by email at support@elevategolf.com.

When contacting Support, please include as much information as possible. Useful details include a short description of the issue, any error message, and screenshots or a brief screen recording. Clear information helps the team review the case quickly and provide a precise response.

Most queries are resolved quickly. If more steps are required, Support will confirm the next actions. For Tip-specific clarifications, see the Clarification Process.

The aim is to ensure that Players and Coaches feel supported when using Elevate Golf. Whether the query is technical, account related, or about a Tip, Support works to keep the experience smooth, fair, and clear.
