Payment Declined

Note: Elevate Golf does not hold or manage payment details. All transactions are processed by PayPal.

A payment can be declined for several reasons, but as Elevate Golf processes all transactions through PayPal, almost every issue sits with PayPal itself. Common causes include insufficient funds, expired cards, or restrictions placed by a bank or payment provider.

Elevate Golf has no control or access to personal payment information. Unless PayPal specifically advises that an issue lies with Elevate Golf, we are not able to intervene directly.

The fastest way to resolve a declined payment is to contact PayPal Customer Support. This can be done by:
  1. Logging in to the PayPal account at www.paypal.com
  2. Or scrolling to the bottom of the homepage and selecting Contact.

These steps usually reveal the reason for the decline and provide the quickest route to a fix.
