Clarification before Refunds

Before a refund is considered, Players are encouraged to send a one-time Clarification Request. This keeps the exchange contained and gives the Coach a fair chance to expand or re-explain guidance so the Player still receives value - see the Clarification Process.

Clarification protects both sides. For Players, it often resolves uncertainty without a refund. For Coaches, it ensures a single misunderstanding does not immediately affect earnings. The request is a short, character-limited message referencing the original Tip. The Coach replies once, in writing, aligned to the original scope. It is not a chat.

Timing follows the normal delivery window. Clarification requests and responses count toward a Coach’s Average Response Time. If concerns remain after clarification, the Player may proceed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Decisions then consider the original request, the delivered Tip, and the clarification, alongside the standards in the Fair Play Guarantee.
