Feedback is one of the most valuable tools for Coach
development on Elevate Golf. Every rating, review, or
Clarification
Request is an opportunity to see how a Tip has been received and
whether it created the intended impact. Positive comments reinforce what is
working well, while constructive feedback highlights areas to refine.
Learning from feedback begins with openness. Rather than
viewing criticism as negative, it should be treated as insight into how Players
experience coaching. Even small adjustments in wording, tone, or demonstration
style can make a Tip more effective and easier for Players to apply - see
Tone & Wording and
Delivering
Consistently.
Patterns in feedback are especially important. If multiple
Players highlight strengths, such as clarity in explanation or energy in
delivery, these qualities can be emphasised further. If recurring concerns
appear, they point to areas where improvements will make the biggest
difference.
By actively engaging with feedback, Coaches demonstrate
professionalism and commitment to growth. This not only strengthens personal
skills but also builds trust with Players, showing that development is a shared
journey. Over time, learning from feedback leads to sharper communication,
higher-quality Tips, and stronger relationships on Elevate Golf.
