Meeting timelines is the first step. Delivering within stated Average Response Time sets expectations and shows reliability. The content then confirms the standard. Keep wording plain and supportive, and focus on one or two actions that fit the Player’s Focus Area - see Tone & wording.

Structure helps consistency. Check requests promptly, keep the message tight, and use Using the Video Editor to present guidance cleanly. Repeating a simple format from Tip to Tip makes advice easier to follow and reduces misunderstandings.
