Terms & Conditions.
Data is used to run accounts, process payments, deliver Tips, support
Players and Coaches, improve reliability, and meet legal duties. It also powers
features such as
IQ Matchâ„¢ and helps us refine the experience through analytics
and diagnostics. Where possible, insights are drawn from de-identified or
aggregated data.
Payments are handled by
PayPal as an independent controller. Elevate Golf
does not receive or store full card or bank details, only limited transaction
metadata needed for orders and support. Personal data is not sold.
Security measures include TLS in transit, encryption at REST, role-based
access controls, training, and periodic testing. Hosting is in the
EU, London Region with safeguards for any international transfers. Data is retained only as
long as needed for the purposes described, then deleted or irreversibly
de-identified.
Players and Coaches have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to
certain processing, and to withdraw marketing consent where applicable. Contact
