Your Rights

Elevate Golf gives you clear control over your personal data. You can request access to the information we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your data. Some records must be kept to meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting, so deletion may not apply to those items.

You can ask us to restrict or object to certain processing, and you can request a copy of your data in a portable format. If you have given consent for marketing, you can withdraw it at any time in settings or via unsubscribe links; this does not affect earlier processing done with consent.

To exercise your rights, email privacy@elevategolf.com. We may need information to verify your identity and will respond within the legal timeframe (usually one month). Your rights can be limited in some cases, for example when we must keep data to comply with the law. If we cannot meet a request, we will explain why.

If you have concerns, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
