Getting started on Elevate Golf is simple. Follow this walkthrough to set up your account, complete your profile, and request your first Personalised Golf Tip.

Search for “Elevate Golf” in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Download and install the app on your device.

Enter your valid email ID on the welcome screen, then press the golf ball with the arrow to proceed.

An email containing a 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code on the OTP screen to verify your account.

You’ll be asked a set of introductory questions about yourself and your golf background. These answers form the foundation of your Player profile (see Why Your Profile Matters).

Answer the “necessary questions” about your game, goals, and preferences. These are mandatory questions that will allow IQ Match™ to calculate your Match % with Coaches and make it easier to find a Coach suitable for you and your needs.

Complete the advanced set of questions to give Coaches a deeper understanding of your needs. These may include focus areas, preferred coaching style, tone of advice, or physical considerations (see Accessibility Features). The more detail you share, the more tailored your Personalised Golf Tips will be.

Choose a photo that represents you. A profile picture helps Coaches connect with Players more personally.

Add a short biography. This is your chance to share context, your golfing journey, or what you’re aiming to improve. It makes your profile feel complete and gives Coaches a clearer view of who they are helping.

Go to Get a Tip and choose a Coach in the Coach Gallery. Enter the mandatory fields to ensure your Tip request reflects your current requirement. Upload a swing video or describe your challenge in writing. Once submitted, a verified Coach will prepare your Personalised Golf Tip.

Your Tip will arrive, usually within hours (see Average Response Time), and will be saved automatically in your Tip Gallery. You can replay it as often as you need, whether at the range, at home, or before a round. Build confidence by applying this at your own time, then request further Personalised Tips as your game develops.
