build visibility and attract more Players. Small updates inside the app, such
as refreshing a bio, updating a profile photo, or adding a new sample Tip, show
commitment and professionalism - see Writing
a Great Bio, Choosing a Profile Photo,
and Highlighting Specialities. A complete and current profile helps Players feel
confident when deciding who to work with in the Coach Gallery. The more often a Coach uses Online Now, the
more the Coach appears in ‘Online Now’ searches and on the Player Home Screen.
Because Coaches are ranked by best match, Players with a high match will see
that Coach first in the ‘Online Now’ section. Regular appearances create a
familiar face effect and increase the chance of being selected for a Tip. Consistency in delivery is
equally important. Meeting the stated Average
Response Time and using Online Now when
available signal reliability. Players are more likely to save Coaches who
deliver Tips on time and with care, returning for future requests and building
longer-term relationships. Activity outside the app also
supports growth. Coaches who share experiences on social media, talk about how
they help Players, and highlight their involvement with Elevate Golf can
attract new Players. While sharing individual Tips is not permitted for privacy
reasons, Coaches can promote their approach, Focus Areas, and availability,
encouraging Players to connect through the platform.
By staying active both in the
app and externally, Coaches demonstrate that they are present, reliable, and
ready to help Players progress whenever support is needed.
