Elevate Golf secures the platform through modern technology, strict
processes, and trusted vendor partnerships. Security is embedded at every
stage, from sign-in to payment, to protect Players, Coaches, and the wider
community.
Accounts are protected by encrypted authentication so only authorised users
can access their profiles. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments
are handled by trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, which means
sensitive card or bank details are processed by specialists and are not stored
by Elevate Golf.
Core data is hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Business systems,
including operational records, are managed in Zoho and other vetted providers
under contractual safeguards. App services include Branch.io for deep linking
and attribution, Sentry for crash reporting, Expo for build and runtime
management, and Firebase services for app telemetry and messaging where
documented. These vendors are used with data minimisation, access controls, and
Data Processing Agreements in place.
Operational safeguards support the technical controls. The platform is
monitored for suspicious activity, including unusual account behaviour or
attempts to bypass systems. Access follows the principle of least privilege,
administrative actions are logged, and regular reviews are carried out with
specialist partners to keep protections current.
By combining encryption, careful access control, active monitoring, and
responsible vendor management, Elevate Golf provides a safe environment where
Players can learn and Coaches can earn with confidence. Security is central to
how the platform operates.
