Coaches play a central role in keeping Elevate Golf fair and professional. Every Tip should reflect the standards set in the Fair Play Guarantee and Acceptable Use Policy. Tone must remain respectful, guidance should be clear and constructive, and advice should always focus on helping the Player progress.

Boundaries start with the Coach profile. The skills, areas of focus, and specialities declared in the profile determine the type of Tip requests a Coach receives. Keeping this information accurate is essential. It helps Players choose the right Coach and prevents requests that fall outside a Coach’s expertise. Each Tip is a one-time piece of guidance, not an ongoing exchange. If further clarity is needed, the Clarification Process ensures it is handled fairly without turning the Tip into a back-and-forth conversation.

When disputes arise, Support will review the situation against these boundaries. By keeping profiles accurate, maintaining a professional tone, and respecting the process, Coaches help protect fairness for all Players and create a trusted environment for their own coaching.
