Creating sample Tips is an effective way to showcase coaching style and set
clear expectations for Players. A profile video introduces the person behind
the profile, while sample Tips demonstrate how coaching is delivered in
practice. Short, focused examples help Players understand clarity, tone, and
the value of the advice. A good sample Tip should be brief and focused, just
like a real Tip request.
For profile creation, at least one sample Tip is mandatory. The Create
Sample Tip screen follows the Create Profile Video screen and
provides a set of ‘Sample Tip Requests’ that can be used to create
sample Tips. This also gives Coaches a preview of what to expect when a Player
requests a Tip.
‘Sample Tip Requests’ are available across different Focus Areas. Coaches
can create examples that show how they would help with balance, posture, grip,
fixing a slice, or offering a simple putting drill, explained in a clear and
supportive way. These examples demonstrate how a problem is broken down, how
guidance is provided, and the practical steps a Player can try immediately.
Sample Tips are not about giving away everything. They are about building
trust and showing energy, tone, and professionalism. Players can see how
communication works, how concepts are explained, and how progress is
encouraged.
Adding sample Tips to a profile gives Players a real sense of coaching style
before they make a request. This increases visibility, strengthens reputation,
and makes it more likely that Players will choose that Coach.
