Why Privacy Matters

Elevate Golf gives you full control over your personal data and does not keep a copy of your data. You can access your personal information, correct inaccuracies, and delete your data at any time. Transactional records must be kept to meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), so deletion may not apply to those items.

If you have given consent for marketing, you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe links. This does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

To exercise your rights, email privacy@elevategolf.com. We may need information to verify your identity and will respond within the legal timeframe (usually one month). Your rights can be limited in some cases, for example when we must keep data to comply with the law. If we cannot meet a request, we will explain why.

If you have concerns, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
