Video Upload Issues

Video Upload Issues

Uploading a video to Elevate Golf is usually quick and reliable, but problems can occur due to file size, internet connection, or device settings. Most issues are solved by checking that the video is within the maximum duration of 30 seconds. If an upload fails, close and reopen the app, then try again.

If the problem continues, check the internet connection. Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is active, and that a VPN is not blocking traffic. Some Wi-Fi networks appear connected but have no internet access. A simple online speed test can confirm whether a connection is stable.

If technical issues persist, take screenshots or a short screen recording of the steps being taken and email them to support@elevategolf.com. Include the device model, operating system version, app version (if known), approximate time of the failed upload, and any error message shown.
