Verification is required for every Coach joining Elevate Golf. It ensures Players receive trusted advice and that only genuine professionals represent the platform.

During onboarding, a Coach provides evidence of qualifications by uploading a clear image or file of a valid certificate. Accepted evidence may include recognised coaching certifications, membership of golf bodies, or professional credentials in related fields such as fitness, nutrition, or performance psychology.

Each application is reviewed to confirm authenticity. If further information is needed, the team will request it by email. Coaches who cannot provide appropriate verification are not approved.

Once verified, a Coach can link a PayPal account and set a Tip rate. Documents may be requested again if details change, to keep records accurate.
