Onboarding questions form an essential stage of creating a Coach profile on Elevate Golf. The process ensures that Players are connected with Coaches in a way that is accurate, relevant, and consistent.

Most questions are mandatory. These cover areas such as teaching style, tone, preferred formats, and coaching focus. The answers feed directly into IQ Match™, which helps Players find Coaches whose strengths align with their needs. By completing these questions in detail, a Coach strengthens their presence in the Coach Gallery and increases the likelihood of being matched effectively.

A small number of questions are optional. These give space for Coaches to add extra context, such as how they discovered Elevate Golf, or insights that help Players understand more about their background and approach.

All responses are visible to Players through the Coach Profile Card. This ensures transparency and helps Players make informed decisions before requesting a Tip.

By treating the onboarding questions with care, Coaches not only meet the requirements of IQ Match™, but also create a profile that is clear, approachable, and aligned with the expectations of Players.
