On Elevate Golf, Coaches never view a Player’s information until a Tip has
been requested from them. At that stage, a Coach can see the Player’s profile
card, which includes the request details (Tip format, teaching style, tone) and
personal golf-related information such as handicap or experience level.
Players sign up using an email ID and a passwordless login. Email IDs are
never shared. During sign-up, a Player answers a set of profile creation
questions that cover general information. Date of birth is collected, but only
the Player’s age is shown to Coaches.
A series of core questions follow, which are used by IQ Match™. These
answers are viewable by Coaches. Advanced questions are optional and designed
to provide more context without being intrusive.
Players cannot see other Players’ information. Elevate Golf never asks for
security-level details such as passwords, bank information, or addresses. All
personal information is handled in line with the
Privacy
Policy, which explains how data is stored, used, and secured.
Every question asked on the platform is structured to give Players a safe
and transparent coaching experience.
